Short description of error
Empties do not get exported as 3DS Point Helpers when using the 3ds exporter

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
Edit the default cube and add an Empty object that should be converted to a 3DS Point Helper when the file is opened in 3DS Max, but instead the Empty object data are lost and not converted to a 3DS Point Helper (i.e. the equivalent of Blender Empties objects.

What you report here isn't a bug, I'd rather consider it as a ToDO. Also, please make sure to use a proper title for the next time you report a bug. SWE isn't really descriptive.
