System Information

Blender Version
Broken: 2.70a (missing Hash), 2.72b 9e963ae
Short description of error
I have tried to import fbx files but it doesn't work.
It shows that two types of errors. One is 'ASCII fbx file is not supported' and another is 'KeyError : 919884416'.
ASCII error is not a bug, right? It's just not yet implemented until now.
But the 919884416 error with long message is different. I attached 2 screenshots 2.70a version and 2.72b version

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Launch Blender and start new.
Go to menu
File > import > Autodesk FBX (.fbx) and select this file(come from unity3D tutorial's model file)
vehicle_playerShip.FBX

Yeah, ASCII import is not implemented and probably never will (just use FBXConverter to change it to nice binary FBX instead ;) ).
Will check the other error soon(ish).
