Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

2.72-83cbcef 64BIT version not working
Import of an SVG files either from Adobe Illustrator or from Inkscape results in the error in the attached image. 7th row is italian and it transaltes in " Import Error:DLL Load Failed %1 is not a valid win32 application
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Looks like expat DLL is corrupted so;ehow? Could you please try to re-download and install Blender? Or maybe you have a corrupted expat DLL in your system folder?
Changed EXPAT.DLL in my system32 folder, not working.
Installed again blender 2.72b 64bit, still not working,

I cannot confirm this with 2.73a in windows 7 x64 or windows 8.1 . Please retest
