System Information
Windows 7 SP1
GTX 560 Ti

Blender Version
Broken: 2.73.2 6e97db7

Short description of error
I build some bones and add IK.
The IK Target is a Empty or another Armature's bone.
But Export FBX,Selection the mesh to FBX,and import to Unity3D,it will have many animation Source Task and all error.

And IF when export fbx without tick the All Action, the fbx will have not animation.
But in old version,it will bake and export the active timeline animation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1.Build the mesh and Armature Empty or antoher Armature and add IK,set target.
2.Add some animation
3.Export FBX without or with Target object
4.Import to Unity3D

just like the image and project:

Please do not make reports implying 'Apply Transform' option set to ON, as stated in its tooltip this option is experimental and only works in quite basic cases. Try exporting again without that option.

PS: to get 'current' animation exported, you have to disable both NLA and all actions options (that was a requested change by several users).

Ok, then this is not considered a bug, rather a (very low priority, can of worms) TODO. ;)

Thanks for the report anyway.
