Short description of error
Looptools Gstretch is reporting errors and sometimes locking up blender.

sometimes it reports an
Index out of range error in python
Sometimes it just locks up and sometimes it works.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
Add a circle. num 7 top view
e and s
select edge
deselect top and bottom vert
draw grease pencil line from top to bottom in the circle that is snakelike.
w looptools gstretch
sometimes I have it with erase grease pencil turned on and this seems to cause more problems.
Repeat the grease pencil and gstretch a few times because it sometimes works the first time.

Note: Merged other tasks in, if fixing check merged tasks.
