FBX export: Shape keys reset relative shape to basis #45875

Short description of error
When having shape keys whose relative shape is set to another shape key, exporting the animation into a FBX resets the relative shapes back to basis shape.

Walk-around
Not using relative shapes and redoing the animation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
This is a complex animation that turns a cube into a sphere and then back into a cube. Instead of a sphere, a rose-like shape exports.

Was more a TODO than a bug actually, handling of skeys based on other skeys was not implemented. Luckily it turned to be rather easy (for once). ;)
