Failure to install addin ( Import-Export: Adobe Illustrator/PDF/SVG) according to instructions in "ad-on" list

No Problems to find it there.
NOTE: The Addons in the Testing Category are not incuded in standard Blender Releases. They are often unstable or incomplete. see Addon Process in the blender wiki

In contrary they are inluded in Develpment Builds or you con download a Snapshot of the Testing addons, wich you need to extract to **\scripts\addons_contrib
