some 3D Faces are silently ignored

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Import attached file test.dxf
No errors or warning are printed, but nothing is visible
This is how it looks like in Autocad:

Note that the full model takes 10 minutes to import but is also empty, so it does something. Other DXFs containing 3DFaces work.
