Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

just try to load this plugin : https://jobs.render.st/download/plugin-277-033.zip from the user preferences panel.

Hi Mario,

this is not a Bug for Blenders bug tracker. You're referring to an add-on that has been written for Blender 2.77 and is not bundled with Blender. Your first action should therefore be to contact Marius and his team (RenderStreet) to look into this issue. If the team still thinks that this is caused by a Blender function, they are free to re-open this report again.
