Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)????????
Worked: (optional)

**in Tools from Archimesh, render preset tumbs does not work
Do not render tumbs **

in Archipack Tools press the render preset tumbs button
in the tab / add Archipack choose window
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
