Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
After adding new window cannot change window properties. A basic window appears and when I try to add more panes, for example, the window disappears. Re-installed the addon, still fails.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a new window and try to change its properties.window_fail.blend
