Short description of error
Upon rendering animation of Flip Fluid sim using Eevee, it crashes often within 20 frames or less.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I'm not sure this can be reproduced with the blend file because it does not contain the cache. It is attached though. I think it might be related to the transmission and refraction of the fluid surface object.
I only changed Eevee as such:
Screen space reflections: turned on
Refraction: checked
Half res trace: turned off
I only changed fluid surface material as such:
Roughness: 0.1
Transmission: 0.0
In material settings tab:
Blend mode: Additive
Screen space refraction: checked
Test 15.blend

Developer of the FLIP Fluids addon here. I tested this .blend file, but was not able to reproduce the crash using build e5ab2b9c629e, blender2.8, 2019-04-01. The render result is just black images for me, so I am not sure if I am missing something in the .blend file.
I am able to reproduce this crash when creating a new scene and following the instructions. I am pretty sure these crashes are caused by this bug reported here: #60094
