Short description of error
Second sliced part is dropped out of local view: it can be very confusing and it is not comfortable, like you want to make sandwich, brang bread on the table, sliced one piece and it disappeared. Actually it is in the bread box now and you should take it again.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select both bodies, enter local view, slice with booltool, notice that one part is gone out of local view.

hi, I'll confirm this. Just a note, I'm not sure if this can be fixed. At the least I can add a note in the information popup not to use in local view until it's sorted. ZThis wont happen before 2.81

Fix is preferable.
Or at least workaround: second part is already selected, so exit from local and enter again.
Sadly it will reset camera

If you will find a method to add object into local view, it will realize proposal from RCS: ability to add objects into local view , not only exclude em.
