Operating system: Arch Linux 64 bit
Graphics card: Nvidia 660m

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80rc2

Short description of error
Magic UV fails to pass register unregister register tests. Save preferences

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Enable Magic UV.
Uncheck Built-in Menu checkbox or unregister addon. Try to re-register. Load factory Preferences, Revert to Saved Preferences also fails.

Fix for this bug
Remove if statement from unregister.

This error is found when disabling the addon with load factory preferences and trying to enable the addon again.
