Graphics card: Vega 64

Blender Version : 2.79b

Short description of error
I get the Traceback error described in the attached file. Capture d’écran 2019-07-24 à 09.14.12.png

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Install datasmith plugin from file, try to enable
