System Information
Operating system:Linux Mint or Windows 10
Graphics card:Nvidia 1050Ti

Blender Version
Broken:
2.80 Release Candidate 3

Pose Library Thumbnails , Thumbnails are lost

Open Linux Session. Open Blender 2.8. Create an Armature. Create a PoseLibrary.
Create Poses and add Thumbnails . Everything works OK.
Save the blend file in a shared disk.

Open Windows Session. Open the blend file you saved before in the shared disk. PoseLibrary is Ok, Poses are OK . But some Thumbnails are in blank. Thumbnails Folder is OK.(see the capture screen). Try again in Linux session. Everything is OK
The same if you create in Linux and then open it in Windows
