Short description of error
In EEVEE the procedural texture shows weird block artifacts.
Note that the issue is not present in blender version 2.80. There EEVEE and cycles output are the same.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Eevee problem.blend
Open the attached blend file and compare EEVEE and Cycles output (see attached screenshots).
