System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 Intel 4.3.0 - Build 20.19.15.4531 (im using a nvidia 1060 at the same time for double screen bc one monitor has a VGA port and other is HDMI)

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.82 (sub 6), branch: master, commit date: 2020-01-10 15:30, hash: blender/blender@1cb938ef2c
(also 2.81a)

Worked: (optional)
i think 2.80 (edit: nope doesn't work there either, this bug happens in all 2.80 onwards)
Addon Information
Name: Copy Attributes Menu (0, 4, 9)
Author: Bassam Kurdali, Fabian Fricke, Adam Wiseman

Short description of error
while working with bones in pose mode copying constraints does not work, after pasting with ctrl+V it says that the pose library is empty even though i wasn't trying to paste that

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
add a bone, extrude a second one put a "copy rotation" constraint to one of them
then Ctrl+C the bone constraint and paste to the other one "copy buffer is empty" will appear

wouldn't that erase my 2.81 installation? i don't have it no more and the installer wanted to "repair" so i closed it

You can download any version as a ZIP file, extract it to any place you want, and run it directly from there. There is no need to run the installer.

Done, nope doesn't work, it actually tries to paste a pose again but without an error message even though it doesn't have a pose to paste anyway

then Ctrl+C the bone constraint and paste to the other one "copy buffer is empty" will appear

This is now how the add-on copies constraints. Select all the bones you want to copy to, and select the bone with the constraint last so that it is the active bone. Now press {key Ctrl+C} and select Copy Selected Constraints. That will copy the constraints to the selected bones. No need to paste anything, the copying is already done.
