Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

guys really, everything here in blender is the absolute opposite of straight forward. Even now after 2.8.
Please just add a button next to the "Unlik Action" that says "Permanently Delete Action". Done.
I Guess even walking savant syndromes would come to such a conclusion.

To make sure the action is fully deleted, you have to make sure it's not being used by anything. For some datablocks like materials and textures, this can be done by Shift+Clicking on the X icon. Apparently that's not the case for actions, which I agree is questionable design, but definitely does not qualify as a bug.
