System Information
Operating system: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, Windows 10
Graphics card: Internal Graphics Intel

Blender Version
Broken: 2.82a, 2.83 2020-03-21
(example: 2.79b release)
(example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, blender2.8, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
Using the latest Blender Cloud Addon (1.16) in any current version of Blender (2.83 nightly or 2.82a) for syncing of settings only copies the "General" workspace template's startup.blend file. The userprefs file is used among all of those, which isn't a problem.

I'm not sure if this is intentional, or merely a missing feature due to the addition of workspaces after the addons creation. But I'm also not sure if it ever worked.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

  1. Create a custom startup file. Save startup.
  2. Modify the 2D Animation or Sculpting startup file. Save startup.
  3. Open each template separately, noticing that the new defaults worked great.
  4. use the Blender Cloud addon to sync your current settings to another computer.
  5. Start a "General" blender scene. Works great.
  6. Start a 2D Animation or Sculpting blender scene. Notice that the default startup you created isn't present.
