Short description of error
Gltf Imports are split into chuncks and need to be connected manually.
(exported with default settings)
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Subdivide a cube
export as gltf
and reimport it
Alt J for Quads
Set transform to individual origins
shrink it

Also noticed something weird is going on in the outliner but wasnt able to reproduce the 3rd light and camera
For safety i tested it also with external software: here is the bee.glb model from windows integrated "3D-Viewer".
