Camera rigs facing upwards and are impossible to control
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on default setup.
2.9 Rig: broken
2.80 Rig: correct

I think this has to do with TrackTo constraint : its default settings have been modified/improved starting at 2.90.
yeah i know what you mean the -z up from new default settings...
