Blender Version 2.80 Beta

Texture is not being added to model after applying pins and pressing create texture to FaceBuilderHead. Traceback error returns concerning dialog.py file.

From a quick look at things it looks like Keen Facebuilder is not a part of Blender but a third party add-on. This site is reserved for bug reports with Blender. Because Keen Facebuilder is not a part of standard Blender, bugs with it can't be fixed. You will need to make a bug report to the developers of Facebuilder.

However, just a few recommendations on things you can try. You could try using a more up to date version of Blender like 2.82a or the upcoming 2.83/2.90.
