Short description of error
When the add-on Interface: Modifier Tools is enabled and you click in the modifier panel to apply all modifier, the status bar said applying modifier failed.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Enable the Interface: Modifier Tools in the settings. Add a cube, add Bevel Modifier, add an array modifier. Click in the modifier panel "Apply all". None of the modifier are applied. If you click in the modifier and apply it individually, then it works.

This is always happening with the 2.90 release
