Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
{F9559708}Convertor is a free blender blender addon that allows you to convert vertices into custom shapes using a shortcut "Shift + T" you can convert!

Non Destructive Workflow
To convert a vert to circle you have 3 options whether to go to the panel and click circle, or press F1 or press SHIFT + T and choose circle!

Remembering that
"Link to your addon catalog wiki page with full info"is a prerequisite for submitting an addon .Unfortunately, even with the description, I still don't know for sure what this addon is about.

@mano-wii I could be mistaken, but hasn't the addon catalog been dead since the wiki migration?
Currently it is recommended that the addon documentation is at https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/addons/index.html
But at first you can put the documentation elsewhere.
The important thing for now is to show you how to use this addon.
