Texture Atlas addon was removed from the build. But this functionality is not fully recreated in the blender.
This addon not only allowed you to edit the UVs of several objects at the same time.
He allowed:
Yes, this addon could not:
but at least
Now, in order to switch the uv-channel for several objects, I need to select each object manually, and switch its uv-channel individually, it looks like this

When I create an interior or environment for games, it is a real hard when I need to create new UV-channels for 20-30 objects, or switch between channels for 20-30 objects.
This is not only tedious, but also incredibly dangerous, because you can make a mistake and not switch to another channel for some object, and spoil the uv, then you need to switch the channel for all objects again, correct, and again switch the channel to the desired one.

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, feedback and feature requests are off-topic on the bug tracker. Please use one of the websites listed here for this purpose. The add-on has first been moved to the Blender Add-ons Contrib repository because it was broken and unmaintained. Since it remained unmaintained and wouldn't have worked in current Blender versions, it was subsequently removed. See #63750, blender/blender-addons-contrib@b4f4f8b62f and blender/blender-addons-contrib@e99bfab960.
