Short description of error
With Grease pencil add-on enabled, changing the key from Keymap for time scrub does not work but it do work when changing from add-ons properties.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable Grease pencil tools add-on
Scrubbing with {key Alt MMB} will work
Change the key for time scrub from keymap (lets say {key Shift MMB})
Try to scrub again
(It will not work and will stuck on the very first frame)

Hi, I discover this only now through a search.

Timeline scrub shortcut has to be customized directly in addon preferences to handle conflicts.
It was made like this to allow specific combinations of shortcut for key snapping.
