Short description of error
Blender has been shipped with "Auto Tile Size" addon by Greg Zaal. Enabling it would add new options in "Performance" tab.

The addon seems to not work at all now, perhaps because Blender 3.0 has new native "Auto Tiles" setting:

That new "Auto Tiles" setting is a bit misleading, since it doesn't choose tile size automatically. It should be renamed to "enable tiles".
