It's my first time to submit an addon, so may be I will make some mistakes on coding/style

Target
After servel days of using lightgroup, I found it shounld be a more efficient way to set up lightgroup and manage them

Create
- set multiple object to one light group(just like creating/moving to collection)

   {F12992045}

- solo light object in light group

  {F12991982}

- solo specific light group (also with reset solo)

Manage
- rename/delete/select light group objects

  {F12992020}

- visibility options for context object (panel)

  {F12992052}

Compsite
- one click create combine passess node group for render layer node(right click menu)

  {F12991957}
