Short description of error
I love the Mesh: Snap_Utilities_Line addon but it doesn't rotate when you start drawing and use the middle mouse button to rotate like with the knife tool. A small rotate update there would be fantastic. I asked Pablo about it in Blender.Today LIVE #189 and he also agrees it needs to be fixed. https://youtu.be/IWoaUhuN0zQ?t=4373

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start drawing a shape on the grid and try rotating the view with the middle mouse button before the shape is closed. The middle rotate button doesn't work making it impossible to finish drawing some shapes. Especially in 3D.
