Short description of error
Hey! This problem has happened to me with all my animations but I haven't thought to report it until now.
When exporting and importing an animation in Blender, while in the original animation everything works correctly, when importing the animation in another project weird things happen (as you can see in the video).
Is it a bug or have I done something wrong?

Can you provide the example .blend file where this happens?
Have you tried the same with using GLTF2? (nowadays, this seems to be the much more stable option to use in regards to exchange formats).
Thanks for answering! And sorry for replying so late. I never received the notification.
I just tried that format and it works fine! The problem is that Unity doesn't accept those kind of formats...
I have attached the .blend file so you can check if there is any solution that allows you to export the animation in fbx without strange deformations in the skeleton.

I can reproduce that, but the file is too big to try to narrow down the issue. You said this happened in many of your rigs, is there a very simple rig where this can be reproduced to make debugging easier?
Does it only happen with rigify generated rigs or also other rigs?
The problem is that I have only done animations with rigify generated rigs in Blender.
I can send you another animation with that rig or do a quick animation with a simpler rig and send it to you.
A simpler rig that reproduces the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Ok, I have created a quick animation with a simpler rig Short Animation.blend.
In this case, being a short animation, it is less noticeable, but as you can see in the video Bug Blender (Short Animation).mp4 the error still occurs.
If you need a simpler rig let me know and I'll try to find a simpler one.

cannot confirm:
problem is caused by simplify (enabled by default and set to 1.0), without simplify it works without accuracy issues
I can still replicate even with simplify set to zero. It seems it was set to zero in the report as well. Are you testing on the simplified file or the original file?
