Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
I don't know what's happening but there are a lot of duplicate shortcuts when I enable 'Collection Manager'.
I tried it with the new 3.2 version and the LTS one. I also did 'Load Factory Settings' on both before enabling the addon.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Enable the 'Collection Manager' and search for example for 'enable' or 'select all qc'.
