Drawing Vertex color in Sculpt mode and convert it to face corner type still not export to glft file
Left : Sculpt Vertex Color ; Right: Vertex Paint Mode

This has been reported already in #99005 (gltf exporter does not export non-byte color and non-face-corner vertex colors in 3.3 alpha)
