The keyboard combination Right + Ctrl is wrong, it should be Left + Ctrl, or in fact, left dragging, then hold down Ctrl, will move the handle of the point next to it, on the opposite side, that is next to the dragging point. You cannot RIGHT click on the handle, because this button is RESERVED for contextual menu.
