Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 516.59

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.5.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2022-11-04 22:28, hash: `blender/blender@4a313b8252
Worked: Never(for copy global transforms) and 2.79 for Scatter Objects.

Short description of error
Copy Global Transforms and Scatter Objects Addons have no option to report a bug or check out the documentation.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open preferences -> Search for either of described addons.

In fact these addons lack a link to the documentation.
I believe there is a design policy for this issue, but I haven't found it.
A place for Scatter Objects documentation already exists: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/3.5/addons/object/scatter_objects.html
