Just for the future, you can add the project tag yourself. This slightly increases the speed of sorting reports.

The setting moved from the general paint panel to the Falloff settings of the brush.
It's called
Normal Falloff
.Changed status from 'Needs Triage' to: 'Confirmed'
Changed status from 'Confirmed' to: 'Resolved'
