Update Images as Planes documentation

Changes from the last revision

  • Make it clear that the offset axis is local for the plane
  • Move description of plane dimensions options
  • Add a suggestion to disable the plane from render if the compositing feature is used
  • Minor fixes

TODO

  • Update the screenshot of the panel. This needs an update regardless of the patch below.

I think it's fair to consider this diff ready for review/commit if the patch below is not re-submitted to Gitea or accepted when bcon3 starts (February 15).

I was waiting for the developer to re-upload the patch but now there's much less than a day until bcon3...
