Short description of error
I am unable to commit the changes in the manual_blender.po file to my translation branch. When uploading, the file size is limited to 3 MB and my file is 12 MB in size. Since I'm just a translator and not a developer, I'm having a problem with the commit and the manual doesn't help me either.
