Short description of error
In the "Editor Layout" section, the last two items are written in bad English, which should be fixed:

Properties:

This region shows the properties of the active strip. Is divided into panels and tabs. Toggle on or off with N key.

Correct to: "This Sidebar, divided into Tabs and Panels, shows the properties of the active strip. Toggle on or off via the N key."

Toolbar:

This region shows a list of icons, clicking on a icon will changes the active tool. Toggle on or off with T key.

Correct to: "This region shows a list of icons, where clicking on an icon will change the active tool. Toggle on or off via the T key."
