Short description of error
In the Time > Speed Factor section, the sentence

This value will affect length of the strip, that will not be represented in the timeline.

should be corrected to "[...] will affect the length of [...]" (insert "the"); and the "that will" should be corrected to "which will".
Note: If this is really not represented in the timeline, it's yet another usability issue that should be reconsidered imho.

The Time > End section could use an additional sentence that explains what happens when you change the value (probably moving Start automatically to preserve the Duration).

In the Source > Path section,

When the file is moved this can be updated instead of re-create the strip.

should be corrected to "[...] is moved, this can [...]" (insert a comma) and "[...] instead of re-creating [...]" (proper grammar).

In the Source > MPEG Preseek section,

Use Preseek field to tell Blender [...]

should be replaced by "Use this value to tell Blender [...]".
