Short description of error

Use it for masking any other modifiers in the stack which are below.

could be improved to:
"Use it for masking other modifiers that are below it in the stack."

only on a certain zone

should be corrected to "only in a [...]" (on → in).

by placing a Mask modifier, just before it in the stack.

should lose the comma (for a better reading flow).

(the image of this strip must have an alpha channel)

The Mask Input Type > Strip information reads "Uses the grayscale representation of the image in a strip to affect the alpha of the current strip." So why would the mask strip need an alpha channel here? Maybe this parenthesized information is wrong and should thus be removed altogether?

all the others modifiers

should be corrected to "all the other modifiers".

In the Mask Input Type section,

Type of input data used for mask.

should be corrected to "[...] for the mask."

The Mask Time > Absolute information

Mask animation is in sync with scene frame.

should be corrected to "[...] with the scene frame."
