Short description of error
This is about a problem in the manual, not the code.

On the following five pages, the operation is shown as being available on only one menu, but it's available on two:

The following six pages all indicate that their operations have the same shortcut, Alt-E, without any indication of a difference in context that determines when the shortcut works for which operation.
