Short description of error
In this page at (ANOTATION TOOLS > Anotate Polygon) the LMB does not confirm the action. Click and drag LMB creates a new segment in the polygon and only or confirms the action.

Just a side note: Shouldn't actually remove the whole polygon and cancel the notation from the start of that polygon?
