Short description of error
Could not unzip the file for the User Manual in either version. Received the following error when I tried:
Unable to expand "blender_manual_epub.zip: into
"Downloads:.
(Error 0 = Undefined error: 0.)

Tried downloading in both Safari (Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5) and Firefox (131.0.3 (aarch64)
