Can confirm this is still not solved.
Not sure about the current/final status, but this is discussed in #48096 (also see blender/blender-addons#56953, blender/blender-addons#54097), so no need to have a duplicate report on this.

I think we can archive this (unless @Blendify thinks differently...)
