System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362 64 Bits
Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 Intel 4.5.0 - Build 23.20.16.4973
Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 74), branch: master, commit date: 2019-07-11 13:44, hash: blender/blender@7ad21c3876
Worked: 2.79
Short description of error
See below for a description of how this used to work:
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/2.79/editors/3dview/object/editing/transform/control/precision/introduction.html#grab-move
Now moving objects uses the same incremental value regardless of zoom level.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
