Short description of error
In the Python API section of the 2.83 release notes (https:*wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/2.83/Python_API) the link to the wiki_url deprecation commit is possibly wrong, being http:*developer.blender.org/rB9075ec8269e7. Might it be https://developer.blender.org/D7015?
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
