Short description of error

Blender crashes after Shift+D command without any object selected, then trying to create new object.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
*Open new blender project
*Select none (no objects should be selected or highlighted
*Press Shift+D
*Then, try creating new object via "Add" or Shift+A shortcut

Git bisect points to the recent change of 2d041fc

I'm guessing this is caused because the duplicate_exec function early outs with OPERATOR_CANCELLED since there's no object to duplicate, however it doesn't re-enable collection resync before it does so. Swapping the order of those lines seems to make the crash go away.
