Short description of error
Blender crash unexpectedely generally switching between modes, for instance in the crash log attached and the file saved a minute before the crash, I switched from the Layout workspace to the UV Editing workspace. Blender then crashed.
It is not consistently the same operation that makes it crash, but I noticed it is generally switching between workspaces/ view modes, particularly switching to rendered view with cycles.
I attached the crash log which hopefully might shed light on what happened ?Donut coffee.crash.txt

Thanks for the report. I'm not able to replicate this crash either (tested in 3.2.1)
Please check with factory settings: {nav File > Default > Load Factory Settings}
Any difference in the result when GPU subdivision is OFF?: {nav Edit > Preferences > Viewport > Subdivision > GPU Subdivision}
GPU subdivision is OFF seems to have solved it for now - 2 days without crash so I will keep crossing finger and I'll let you know here if it crashes again in similar manner.

Definitely improvements, but somehow I just crashed 3 times in about 10 minutes while being in sculpt mode /dyntopo.
See attached crash log and associated file just before crash.
As before, it is not a specific operation, it simply crash while sculpting. Is there anything explaining it in the crash log perhaps ?Anvil.crash.txt

has different call stack. So both seems different issue.Can you check again in recent 3.3 beta build?: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily
I will, but just need to finish a small project first - Don't want to change to another and/or beta version in the middle of it just in case. I'll get back to you Asap. thanks
