Short description of error
i create a model but when i weight paint a side For example right bone dosent work for left bone. it works for some thing in my model but for another thing never. i turn on mirror vertex group miror x and topology miror and my model is sym too.
u can see this bug simple. just create a ball then create 2 bone: bone.L and bone.R. then parent with aut weight. if we want to do that process. dosent work.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
create ball.
create armau right and left.
weigh paint one side with turn on mirror vertex group and mirror x and topology mir{F13400939}

I thank myself. I solved the problem. There was only one confusing point. Directions are important. You must pay attention to the direction of the objects. Of course, this problem is a funny and serious problem. According to my experience, place all the objects in the y direction and use the snap to sym in the right direction and the apply transforms . only turn on mirror vertex group and Mirror X. There will be no more problems
